This past week I spent time with a group of women, each of them dynamic and captivating in their own way. It was the first time in a while that I gave myself freely to open myself up and share my fears, goals, dreams and plans in a group like this.
The last time must have been during my trip to Martha's Vineyard almost 2 years ago. I went with a group of 100 women to vacation and celebrate one another for a week's worth of respite and fellowship.
It takes courage to gather together with strangers with the intent to leave connected and accountable to one another. Both of these opportunities left me humbled and feeling loved deep in my soul. My spirit was so lifted and joy met me where I allowed myself to be open.
I chose to be all in during this journey and the experience blessed me with this wonderful group of women who have my back and I, theirs.
Each day I know I must chose to move closer to my goals, my life purpose. I must choose to support sisters in the struggle with me. I must chose to face my fears, be authentic, live more from the belly than the head. I must chose joy. I must chose ME!
