In the Now

I realize more and more just how amazing my life is. I used to think that happiness would come after I lost 25 lbs, after I increased my FICO score and got out of debt, after I found the perfect job, or after I found love again. 

But what I've come to understand fully is that it is in the now that my blessings flow. It is in the small, subtle moments that define my beautiful life. 

I continue to go after all of my dreams and desires, but I won't look back anymore thinking I missed something or that things would have been better if (fill in the blank). 

I am mindful, grateful, and self-full in the right now. I appreciate every experience that has brought me to this moment...my moment...my best life!
