Start with Joy

My morning ritual. I woke up this morning with a grateful heart. Starting the first day of my staycation with my thoughts. Joy Risers!

I hope that your day starts and ends with joy. Take time throughout your day and find the things that bring out your beautiful smile. Look for the beauty in the morning as your walk out your door-listen for the birds, spot a flower or children playing. Remember...if you look for joy, beauty, and goodness, you will find it-even in the strangest of places. Be present and purposeful. Be bold in your seeking and your intention.
